Privacy requests
[PENDING ATTORNEY REVIEW] Here you can ask for access to or a copy of your personal information, its correction or completion, the withdrawal of a consent, or the take-down of a public case page the Firm published. For deletion, use the data deletion request page. We handle a request within 15 days (a take-down of a public case page sooner: see below) and keep a record of it; if we cannot do what you ask, we tell you why.
[PENDING ATTORNEY REVIEW] A request to take down a public case page is handled by the end of the next U.S. court business day after we receive it (the deadline is on the receipt shown after you submit).
